1) What personal goals inspired you to enroll in the Advanced Studio Program this year?
I wanted to have a better understanding for art and it’s history
2) What creative or professional goals inspired you to enroll in the Advanced Studio Program this year?
I wanted to become an art professor or a curator in a museum
3) How was being involved in the Advanced Studio Program help you grow as an artist?
It allowed me to think differently and to look differently at things
4) Aside from those that are COVID-related, did you experience any setbacks or difficulties completing the body of work on exhibition?
Personally my anxiety made it difficult to be present in the studio
5) Which piece or pieces are you most proud of and why?
I’m most proud of my acrylic skull painting, it’s one of the most detailed and realistic things I’ve done so far
6) What are your creative and professional goals going forward?
Creatively I’d like to get better at sketches from real life
Professionally I want to keep moving forward in the heath and wellness side of things
